Anatoli of Mr. Express Plumbing was a professional who was in an out of my house within 90 minutes. Turns out the job was more complicated than just a clogged kitchen sink. He attacked the clog from the roof, and when that didn't work, he ran the snake from under the sink. Then he discovered a hole in my pipe and replaced that. He didn't charge extra. My kitchen sink drains fine now. I highly recommend Mr. Express Plumbing.

The plumber called me immediately after I submitted the online service request and he arrived at my home within an hour. He was professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and resolved the drain obstruction. He also called an associate to inspect the sewer pipe with a camera. My only concerns are that the price for the camera inspection ($200) was a bit excessive considering the effort involved, and that he would not agree to submit an invoice to my condo association even though the problem was found to be in the common element. The price for the actual drain cleaning was reasonable, especially after the 10% discount offered on this site.
