Kirk came out and gave us a quote to replace a exterior door. He provided a quote on the spot and followed up within a couple of days to see if we had any additional questions. He asked that we let him know how his quote compared with others which was a little higher. However, we decided to hire Kirk because he took the time to continue following up with us about our decision. Once I told him his price was higher, he sold himself, his experience, and work. I am very pleased with the work that he did and would definitely recommend him.
