We had a major water line break on Thanksgiving Night, contacted Service Magic the next morning, and John from Ernie's Plumbing started work Saturday. John was amazing! He explained everything, worked late every day, was immaculate in keeping as much dirt, mud, and dust out of our home during what became a major plumbing re-route. We feel truly blessed that this particular person was sent out to handle our problem. We had confidence in his work, and John treated our home and repairs as if he was working on his own home. We have never received this kind of service, integrity of work, and focus on customer satisfaction.

I wanted to wait a few weeks prior to writing this review. To date I have not one complaint about the job done. I had a plumber, provided to me through my home warranty, who came out for 10 minutes & quoted me a $1,000 fix. I suspected the problem to be roots in the main line & the guy just ignored my comment. I got Jim out there, told him my thought & he immediately agreed. 3 days later Jim had the problem fixed. I did not give 5 stars as he quoted me $100 less then the final price. Luckily, it was within my budget, & I got a 2 yr guarantee from Jim to settle the extra expense.
