He seemed to be very knowledgeable about his subject. The 9 fence posts were perfetly alined. He had to replace 3 stringers (they warped after they were installed). The vertical boards, after installation, looked like a pool table on its side. We were very pleased with the quality of work provided.

Comment: This job would be located at my mother's house in Dayton, OH (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Dayton 45402). She is 84 years old and currently lives by herself but is currently hospitalized at a skilled nursing facility where she is undergoing rehab to walk correctly after experiencing medical problems. My mom has given my brothers and sisters permission to get estimates for a one-piece shower (with seat) to be installed in her downstairs bathroom since due to hospitalization she will be spending most of her time downstairs because of some difficulty walking. We need a shower that she can easily step in and out of. This is a 80 year-old house, so there may a need to revamp the bathroom plumbing to coincide with the new shower. However if the plumbing revamping is too expensive, we have an Option 2, that we would need an estimate on. And that would be giving us an estimate on how much it would cost to lower the height level of the upstairs bathtub/shower so that she can easily step into it. I
