Job was done in an agreed upon time schedule. Finished project is satisfactory but not exactly what I expected. There were a few issues but Basement Authority rectified very promptly. Overall, very satisfied. Bit pricey, but no leaks yet and if it stays that way I will be so happy. Our basement had water running across the floor when it rained before, now not even any damp spots. A+ for that.

Basement Authority performed all of the needed setup work before the dig, arrived exactly on time for the dig, were professional the entire day, and left my yard looking better than I could have hoped. The quoted price was exactly what I had to pay with no hidden charges. The experience overall went exceptionally well.

The project looks great. They did an excelent job and cleaned up after they finished. This was a difficult job invoving a lot of dust and dirt. They were very careful not to scatter it from the basement to the rest of the house
