Of the 3 companies that were listed, only Adams Plumbing called. He had the best quote of any that I had received and was able to arrive very soon to replace my tank water heater. After reading Consumer Report about tank less water heaters, I decided it was not worth the higher price. Adams Plumbing arrived a little before the time he said he would arrive. The work was completed in about 1 hour. I believe the City of Humble requires an inspection and he did not arrange for it. I thought that he would cover that. Now I am not sure if I should call for an inspection. What if it does not pass, would I be able to get him back to fix any p
