I write this review as a d.i.y. homeowner. It is very rare that I have an outside organization into my home for repair and maintenance. That being said, the initial consultation was scheduled immediately and a professional was at my house at the earliest convenience to my availability, which was approximately an hour after my call. The representative quickly diagnosed the problem then even called a colleague to verify that the information he was providing was completely accurate. After discussing possible options for a more permanent fix, the work was scheduled and completed with the utmost professionalism. I am very satisfied.
