There were some initial problems with the job that was performed, but when I called them back to fix problems, they cam out right away and fixed the problems at no charge and apologized saying that that is not how they normally do business. I would call them out again for any further repairs on my house!

Reason for 3.5 for Quality is because of the poor clean-up. I have paint splattered on my deck and on my deck railing and I cleaned up nails and pieces of rotted wood that was left from removal of same. Raspberry Building Corporation is aware of the issue and made no attempt to clean the paint from my deck.
