Job was completed in a reasonable time frame. I provided the tiles and the crossbar 2x4, contractor provided the grout. I had to buy and apply my own grout sealer, but it was a relatively quick and easy task. We now have a usable bathroom again, and it looks like the damage never happened. Very happy with the result.
