Jim exceeded our expectations! Jim removed the carpet in our den, weaves in new hardwood flooring , sanded the kitchen, hallways, sun porch , dining room , living room, bathroom, staircase, stained an antique brown and they look fantastic. Price was fair and the floors are flawless. Jim we can't thank you enough.

There are a lot of pros who do a great job for a great price. Not only did Jim do an amazing job for a better price than anyone else quoted but he brings something to the table many contractors miss - the communication piece. We submitted our HomeAdvisor request at about 10:45 on a weekday. Not 5 min later I received a text from Jim. Perfect. It showed me his get-up-and-go without the intrusiveness of a phone call at that hour. That level of communication continued throughout the project (and blizzard) as Jim kept me posted, knowledgeably answered my endless questions and got right back to me when I left a message. Couldn't ask for more.
