I scheduled Stephen to service my mother's hot water heater. He was running a little late and called to let us know he was running a little late and showed up when he said he would. My mother said he was a very nice, professional man that appeared to know what he was talking about. He serviced the hot water heater at the estimated cost he had given us over the phone. He worked very clean and cleaned up everything when he was finished. It is very hard to please my mother but Stephen in her words did a great job. This is the second time I used ServiceMagic.com and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks ME
