Northern Plumbing responded to our request and provided an estimate over the phone. During the installation of our water heater, they advised us that they would need to add a couple of charges to the bill for unexpected work in ensuring the pipes and everything was up to code. After the job was completed, I checked with the city inspector and verified that this was legitimate which made me feel better about the additional charges. The service worked well overall and we would consider using it again.
