He came within 3 hours to fix our water heater and explain to me what the problem was. Another vendor said we needed a new tank but after Tom looked at it he said it was just the screen on the bottom need to be clean so the pilot would stay on. He was very honest with me and I would definitely call him again and recommend him to family and friends.
