They failed to tell me they did not call utility marking services which delayed my project 1 week. They said it was because the homeowner had to do it which is not correct. I informed them of my sprinkler system and said I would have it marked but they insisted they could 'dig carefully' enough to avoid problems. 30 minutes later, I saw they had cut one of my lines. They repaired it but it remains to be seen if the repair is any good. The quality of the fence is very good.

The quailty is great, however the language barrier was a problem and they did not know the city ordinance which resulted in a note from the city and a trip to purchase a permit. They were very professional and the cleaning was beyond expectations. I would hire them again but would make sure I knew the city codes first. Great Work!
