I had water in my basement from the spring thaw and decided to install sump pump. The house did not even have a sump pit. The salesperson was good and did not put any "sales pressure". The price was reasonable and their solution seems comparable to others. As commented by another reviewer, they are located about 1.5hr drive away so the crew showed up late for both the days around 10:30am and left early at 4:30pm. However, they were very courteous and did a good job. Since they finished what they were going to do, I did not complaint. I am yet to see the pump working but that's because we have not had much water after the installation.
