Overall very pleased. Cleaning quality very good. Disappointed with mop marks on laminated wood floors but at least they're clean. Apparent misunderstanding about doing outside of windows as well as inside -- 5 out of total 7 not done. Also about cleaning patio. Two gals very pleasant, friendly, focused - spoke English. I would use this service again and just spell out my expectations in more detail.

I loved it!!! I am very particular and I told my friends that they had 'passed the white glove test' with a 95% score! Nearly everything was finished as I had done it myself! I can't wait for them to come again on Monday!
