Jonathan arrived as scheduled at our home. He discussed with us the process used to determine mold counts, and proceeded quickly to take all samples necessary (neither too few nor too many). He explained his company's pricing, and what we could expect. When the results were returned, they came to us via email and he called soon afterwards to explain them. He was the consummate expert and professional. He clearly knows his business, and his explanation put us completely at ease.
