"The owner came out and walked my fence line to give a good bid, and we talked about the project, the timeline, and the details at the signing of the contract. The details included when payments were due in the process were written into the contract. Expectations were clear on both sides. My yard is complex, and it took someone with extensive knowledge and creativity to complete this project, and Deals to Home made it happen. Several complex gates, a very uneven yard (our house is split-level that is how uneven our yard is), and neighbors on 3 sides. We are very thankful for this experience. They showed up on the day they said they would arrive, and they pushed through several obstacles and finished well. The owner was on our project much of the time when work was being done, and that was wonderful. Knowing that work was being checked gave us peace of mind. The owner was actively working on the project as well. I highly recommend Deals to Home for fence construction."
