Mr. Watts company provided the highest quality of work while simultaneously providing the fairest monetary value. The professionalism of Mr. Watts and his staff was superb. They educated me about the harmful effects of mold before and after they properly removed the mole and mole spores. Then Mr. Watts followed up with me a week later. This is why I decided to use Mr. Watts company for other issues that needed to be addressed in my home. Comment: Leak repair a month ago, although successful in identifying the source of the leak, sealing it completely, and drying the wet areas under the wooden floor (for which new tiles were installed on the affected area), may in fact not have been conducted thoroughly. Some areas under the wooden floor which didn't get stripped and replaced are now suspected of having water underneath, which may be causing the mold odor. Some portions of dry wall near the repaired area are showing signs of mold.
