The main reason I hired them is becuse they use a plant-based product for mold remediation (Benefect). SInce I have chemical sensitivities, I was concerned about using chemical products that are not "natirally" based. The product they used smelled of thyme and as expected, I was totally fine with it..

Rafael who i presume to be the owner of the company, was very proficient and professional. I did find that he was not the servicing person. I would have liked him to inform me who was going to do the servicing rather than finding out from the person himself. I think he could have given us a better timeline for the work. As I was later informed they did not do the repair however they had another person who could do the repair. However, the repair work was delayed because whoever the person was, had quite and the repair work was not completed timely.Because we were not present for the repair I had pictures taken which show poor completion

Comment: I'm renting this old place so the owner will have to call you. There is a crack running under the kitchen window and there are golf ball size patches of black mold growing on the crack and a carpet of mold growing on the floor about 12 inches by 4 inches below the window. I have been sick with asthma like symptoms for over 3 months. My doctor said I have bronchitis, I have been coughing up blood for a couple of weeks. I have been very tired for months. Last summer a painter pointed where water was running down the wall in the kitchen, coming from the lawn sprinkler shooting through the open window. There were new windows installed in Oct 2012. I never open that window, so water is soaking through the wall. I just found the mold under my kitchen table and behind the blinds yesterday. There are lumps under the paint that might be mold. I photographed it and covered it with a tarp and taped it down while wearing a painter mask. I believe my extended illness is from this mold.
