There was no deviation from the price quoted. The price was within the national average and below the regional average for my area. They quoted 18 to 20 gallons of product, and they used 19 gallons.

I didnt need to use them because i didnt have mold , it was wood rot. I found this out when doug came and inspected the walls for me. i'm glad i didnt have mold, but if i did , i would definitely have used them. doug was knowledgeable, and very helpful. I may use them for other projects later on.

Comment: A water leak, coming from both the 2nd floor shower & toilet (from over-flow for the toilet), has dripped through to the 1st floor kitchen, & then through to the basement, & has caused a combination of water & air to be trapped between the floor & the kitchen linoleum, & is dripping into the basement, making the basement ceiling/rafters & ceiling tiles water-logged; this has resulted in what looks like mold on the wood (areas of an off-white/cream color) & a bad odor exists in the kitchen too, especially when it's warm in the house.
