On selecting the tile I wanted I was shown the standard rate and then the discount was applied when the representative found out I was retired military I was given an additional discount. On top of that since I was ready to install the next day they took a little more off the price. The two gentlemen who installed the tile showed up promptly the next morning and were very courteous and professional explained what they were going to do conformed my order and went to work. As a bonus they even moved my refrigerator washer and dryer and stove into the garage as part of laying the tile when I told them I was getting new appliances delivered.
