"Patrick worked for me remodeling my kitchen. I got a deal on new cabinets not specified for my kitchen and Patrick was able to modify them to fit perfectly. He installed recessed lighting and many outlets and switches, he beat others prices and he sticks to the job till itâ s done. He also added a room to my house start to finish. I canâ t recommend him enough. Anyone hiring him will see his energy and hard work ethics . Count on the job done right!!"

"We were remodeling our kitchen and looking for a company to do our countertops. River Stone had the best quote out of the four that we received. We did a little research and decided to go with them. We were very happy we did. They were very accommodating to our needs. They had our countertop ready and installed in one week. Excellent value for the money."

"Josh and his team were amazing! They were incredibly responsive and got started right away. The work was finished exactly to specs. We didn’t realize that one of the baths had a window that was not square, which made the job much harder than anticipated. They didn’t add a change order or charge more even though I’m sure it took longer than expected. We would absolutely hire them again for any GC type of project."

"Robert Dehart was very professional. Robert has a great crew who completed a complete deck repair within a reasonable time. I was able to request some modifications to the repairs as the job was being being completed. I have hired multiple other construction companies over the past two years and I would gladly say that Dehart Family Construction was the very best. I am planing on more home repairs and have already began to get bids from Robert to get this work done. If you want work done right and by the professionals, schedule your projects through Dehart Family Construction."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
