We needed to locate our house's load bearing members. Ryan came out and identified what we needed and answered a slew of other questions we wanted his opinion on. He was very pleasant efficient, informative and reasonably priced.

I called Ryan Briggs from Arx Engineering for a quote on a home structural inspection and he asked me about the symptoms and background of my problems. After explaining my issues to him he recommended that I first talk to a geotechnical engineer as it was critical to address any potential on-going settling issues before conducting a structural inspection. Instead of taking the job and my money as two other companies were ready to do, he was more concerned about properly addressing and fixing the problem. When it comes time for the structural inspection, I will be using Ryan and Arx.
