"They are very affordable and do a great job. The only draw back I have experienced is their appointment start times sometimes fluctuate by 30 min - 1 hour and I usually find out when I text them to confirm. They are a small company so I think their communication is a little hampered by that. It would be wonderful if they used a gmail or outlook calendar to set appointments. If they needed to change them it would notify the homeowner pretty much automatically. To be fair I have a tight schedule for availability and they work me in even though it is less convenient for them to service my house on those days."

"They were late for the initial appointment..when they came back for the 1st cleaning they were late by 2 hrs..this was the deep cleaning which I paid $150. for and they missed 8 items that we initially talked about..on the next cleaning 2 weeks later they called 15 minutes before they were to be there and wanted to reschedule because they had a doctor appointment..they had 2 weeks to call and reschedule..I want a maid that will be there on time, on the scheduled day, every time..is that too much to ask.."

We've spent 7 hours doing the first cleaning and at the end she said:"You did a great job".So,no complaints at all and she didn't tell us that anything was missed. Same day call was a medical emergency that could happen to anyone.We were not re-scheduling ,just postponning the visit in 1.5 hour and she said she couldn't.We canceled the doc's app to do her house, she said I don't need you anymore!

"Call Us 2 Clean came out the same day and cleared out the junk in my crawlspace. I was so grateful because it had been bothering me for months, and they just came over and did it the same day. They were really nice and extremely polite. Not only that, but they were so fast, I couldn't believe it. They were really strong guys and had to haul heavy stuff a long way up a hill, but it was no problem for them. I had over a ton after it was weighed! I also thought their price was very reasonable.
