They offered only the services necessary to take of our situation unlike some of the national companies that wanted us to sign a year long contract at quadruple the price. Great experience. I signed up for an appointment online and got a call within an hour. I told Dave I needed to get rid of big spiders in my house. I asked for an estimate before he came and he gave me a ballpark. The final charges were in line with his estimate. He came out on time, even after I changed my mind and asked him to revise the schedule a bit. He was knowledgeable about the spiders, explained the treatment and took care of business.

David called to confirm his appointment, arrived a few minutes early, quickly diagnosed the issue, and removed the pests within thirty minutes. He also applied a coat to deter future bug "incursions", explaining there were two species of the insect present. He was also knowledgeable of their habits and ideal environmental conditions for staking their territories. My one concern is that the price seemed a bit high for the time spent. However, I'd certainly recommend him and Fikes.

We had a different exterminator here a few months ago and couldn't find the source of the moths. The representative from Fikes (Darnell) came in, checked ALL nooks and crannies and within twenty minutes, found the larvae that was causing the problem. He was very thorough and attentive and will return in two weeks to spray again. Thumbs up
