My husband normally uses a snow blower to do our driveway, etc. However he was sick and the snow blower is way too big for me to handle. So, I contacted JTS on-line and left my phone number. Josh called me within less than an hour. He was very nice and was understanding that I needed help in order to get out of our driveway. He was there within an hour and quickly got the job done for us. I would immediately call on his company when I need help again, and will consider hiring for seasonal services. Reasonable rates, too.

Only one snowfall so far, but woke up early to find driveway and sidewalks cleared. Did great job and was nice to just get up and not have to deal with shoveling.

I would highly recommend JTS Landscaping. They worked hard until the job was done, and done well. We were very impressed, and would hire them again for many different jobs.

He came when he said he would, was pleasant on the phone, and did a good job (aside from missing a small portion). I'd recommend him to others at this point.

Sent an inquiry e-mail to him one day, he came out the next day with a quote and has been consistantly prompt with requests, returning e-mails and phone calls.

It is affordable and dependable. I have been serviced on time and the service is friendly. I needed to call once to ask for a change in the way the service was performed, but it was done to my satisfaction in the end. :)

someone attempted to open my gate in the wrong direction causing both hinges to be bent and the wood split and no one will address the situation. I was told " we got the gate to close" yeh after slamming it 10 times

They did a great job and their prices were very competitive. I will use them again next year.

They did exactly what I asked them too while doing a fall clean up of our yard.

Arrived as expected - responds to messages and emails

I am very disapointed with the work that was performed. It took me three calls (voice mails) to get one return call. I just wanted to know why I was already getting weeds. I was very nice on the first two calls but had to threaten to go to small claims on the third call - wow I then get a call back. Something about phone trouble......................................... Anyways, the answer to my questions turned out to be a B.S. answer - I may still file a small claims repost.
