Sod Installation
This company reccomended a person that was obiously not a full time sod installer. The were supposed to send a Bobcat operator to put the sod in the back yard and have 5 sheets of plywood to put down to prevent yard damgage. They sent 2 sheets of 3/4 inch particle board that the Bobcat destroyed on the first pass. The sod was questionable at best in it's quality an I am still fixing ruts in the front yard from the equipment. When the installer tried to call the owner to get some kind of answer on the sod quality, Iwas told he is a full time fireman and is on the job and can't come out and look

"Client knew the machine would cause damage given location. After price negotiation I explained to him we would need to add the cost of � in plywood for the machine to drive over the existing turf to his bill which he refused. He agreed to use what we had in our shop (� in) at no cost. I have an experienced staff that is capable of handling issues without my presence. I was aware of the sod issue upon its arrival. My manager contacted the supplier while onsite with the client. The client stated he was pleased upon completion & this is the 1st I�ve heard otherwise. It is refreshing to find a landscaping pro who actually knows the difference between a plant and a weed and knows how to manage both. After the initial evaluation and quote, the technician performed exactly what we had discussed...quickly, efficiently and thoroughly...and at a reasonable negotiated fee. Two Thumbs Up on these guys!

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Receptionist and the lawn guy Daniel were great. Daniel entertained both extremes to repair my weed infested 3 in high lawn. I decided on the slow repair approached. I don't live in mansion. Daniel did an excellent job, prune, trimmed the hedges, edged the front yard, and most importantly mowed the jungle weeds. Much thanks again.

My estimate included more than the task I initially asked for but the additional jobs were so very much needed. Ben and Daniel were prompt and worked very hard in the worst heat of this summer. The property looks marvelous. I'm certain the neighbors appreciate the improvement as much as I do.
