Rizzo Plumbing & Heating

The plumber came sooner than originally planned and was very nice. There were some unexpected problems with the shower/tub diverter, but he persisted until it was fixed. The only thing I regret is that they had not taken into account the possibility that there could be such problems, though they probably run into this often. The job got done and the price was reasonable.

They were very polite and did an amazing job.

We have called Rizzo Plumbers to our home a couple of times. They have been responsive, helpful, and answered any questions we have had. (and as new homeowners, we have had a few..) Highly Recommended!

John was very quick to respond to my service request, and was very flexible when the faucet I had ordered did not arrive in time. He was able to send out one of his plumbers the following day, and we had a working faucet in less than 30 minutes! And Judy was a pleasure to work with, and they run a very professional business... they even send an itemized receipt via email after the work is complete! Will definitely use them again!

We called Rizzo on Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. While I was on the road and my wife called me to tell me that the water heater had died and dumped its water into the basement. I started calling every plumber I could find. Rizzo Plumbing & Heating were the only one who call us back that day, but I am so glad it was them who did. Judy was exceedingly helpful and diligent, ensuring that we got exactly what we needed -- not simply what they had on-hand. We would use them and recommend them without hesitation for all plumbing and heating needs.
