Stellar service! The front office was efficient and polite. The scheduling, price, and process went exactly as described. It would be so nice if the rest of the service industry would operate in the same manner. The 2 ladies arrived 5-10min early. They were professionally dressed, cheerful, and pleasant to talk to. They were genuinely happy to be working for RMS. They worked with the efficiency of a NASCAR pit crew. I will be using them again.

Suzanne was wonderful she also helped with finding a great Carpet and Furniture cleaner Cindy and Janice did a great job. They cleaned everything in my mother in laws house from top to bottom. When they were done the house sparkled. I am so lucky and happy to find them. Thank you

Suzanne came out and met with me on a weekend. I actually live in St. Augustine and I was looking for a cleaning company for my elderly parents who live in Clearwater. After meeting with multiple cleaning companies, I selected The Royal Maid service and I'm so glad that I did. My mom has told me repeatedly that their home received the best cleaning to date from The Royal Maid Service. While they were cleaning a shower head got broken and they left a note and called me immediately to tell me what had happened. They offered to fix it and apologized. I was actually thrilled for two reasons: Number one, it shows honesty that an accident happened and they reported it immediately. Number two, if a shower head broke that means that they were actually doing a very thorough cleaning in the shower area. YAY! I really can't say enough good things about The Royal Maid Service and I feel fortunate that they will be cleaning my parent's home every two weeks.

I have been a customer of Royal Maid service for at least 10 years and they have always met my needs. They send me the same crew, Melanie and Melissa, so they know the house and how I like things. If for some reason someone is sick, I get another crew that has been briefed on the house. I don't have to be home----they have a key. It is such a "high" to come home to a house they have cleaned. They don't hesitate to take on an out-of-the ordinary request and do a GREAT job.

not bad but needs to show improvement

I have used Royal Maids for the past year and they do a wonderful job. Melissa and Melanie are the best, when they leave my house it is clean and looks great. They are so good with our dog Beatrix, she loves to see them come.
