employee was very nice and knowledgeable. Company called and gave us an exact time of arrival and stuck to it. First time client discount is what made us choose Red Carpet. I think the tech had a very long ride to get here, but he was quite nice anyway. He also cleaned love seat and foot stool as well as the drapes.

I was expecting the grout to be more whitish with the use of the chemicals. There were dark areas, especially in the master bathroom. Very disappointed as we were preparing our townhouse for sale.

Top-notch customer service! Very professional and accocmmodating telephone demeanor. I was very impressed that the technician put on shoe covers when he entered my home. Most importantly, I loved how the colors were brighter and the sun shone through my draperies after cleaning. As a first-time customer, I saved 30% plus $25 for visiting their website.
