Painting a brighter future, Sunshine Premium Painting is a small painting company that does a lot more than just paint. We can handle the peripheral problems surrounding most painting work, interior or exterior. Whether the job is large or small, residential or commercial, new construction, or historical restoration, we have the expertise, and the ability to meet the task. As a hands on, owner - operator, I personally do all the estimating and inspections, and look forward to talking with you... Kurt Reed * Note... Yes, I recommend this pro
Everything went as planned. He stayed within schedule and quote. He does much more than painting and is generally very handy. I'd hire him again with a project.

Changed the quoted price after the fact. Did as little as necessary in order to complete the job. Changes specs of quote after job completion. Sloppy edging, missed areas, and sloppy drippings - no drop cloth used.

Kurt was excellent and worked with our requested changes on the fly. He took the extra time needed to do what we wanted. We would work with him again!

Wallcovering or Wallpaper Removal
Kurt took entirely too long to do this job. He did not work 40 hours per week and came and went according to his own schedule. He did return to clean up after I made a huge fuss. Things that were taken down were not his responsibility to put back until I made a fuss. He also charge much more than I expected. Many changes were made and he now truly believes that he received no profit from the job. Because of his very unique work schedule, things ran into much delay which caused lots of frayed nerves.
