I am happy with the foam and the installation process. customer Service a 4 b/c the appointment was set for a.m. and then p.m.. The guys who came in the a.m. for the prep were here by 8:30 and were finished in an hour. The actual foam install was set up for p.m. and no time was given so I had no way of knowing what time they would arrive. They did arrive around 4 and were finished in about an hour. So I spent a lot of the day waiting. If they improved their appointment setting times and maybe calling 30 min before arrival then I would have been happy to give them a 5. Value, we will see how well it keeps the heat out this summer to know.
