Due to a technical failure, his video scope of the sewer did not record as planned. We're buying a home remotely, so this was critical. Report/estimate was hand-written on photocopy. I would've appreciated a higher level of technical proficiency with a recorded DVD, photos, e-mailable estimate/report and e-mail correspondence, but Paul's professionalism was not sub-par for this industry. His prices were more than reasonable, but I would've paid for an official "plumbing inspection". He refunded our money without complaint. Very appreciated.

Comment: In our family room ceiling on the 1st floor of the house (no basement) there has gradually appeared a graying circle (about 2" dia) over the last year on the ceiling sheetrock which to me means a leak in the plumbing. Comment: The sink drain line is clogged and a leak is coming up from the basement floor. We first tried everything ourselves to unclog. Then we had Roto Rooter out to snake the drain. Roto Rooter could not get through the pipe and suspects that the pipe may have collapsed. The clogged spot is just under the cement in our basement (about 10 feet from the sink drain itself).
