Jim, the owner arrived on time and began to explain to me what he was going to do. He actually showed me the pcitures on the camera and discussed how roots build up in your pipes. He went above and beyond the intial call and cleaned out the pipes as well...the fee for the actual amount of time he spent was nominal. He recommend preventative maintainence and the costs invoved. Comment: We had a line that attempted to be snaked as well as a blow bag put through it on the floor drain. It did not help the problem. They felt that the drain pipe had a crack in it and that was the reason for the issue. The tech that came said he felt no resistance on the snake through 55' of line. He said a camera was a waste of $$ because it would just add to the cost of the project and the camera could become stuck. I need a second opinion, and if needed, an estimate to replace the drain and line as well as fix an issue on the main stack where the plug valve has become cracked and water is leaking out of it.
