Called for a clogged sink, and I when the technician arrived, I was quoted a flat rate for the job. The technician, Neal, was professional, polite, and hard-working. Neal went out of his way to make sure he fixed our problem, even when a complication arose and he needed to come back the next day, which he did without complaint. I'm extremely satisfied with the level of service provided, the quality of service provided, and I will call Preferred Plumbing and Drain next time I have a plumbing problem.
