Comment: Apartment building, basement has no drain. We were told by the inspection dept we need to add a sump pump because there are storage tanks in the basement. How much would it cost to add sump pump piped out to an alley way? The alley way leads to the door to the basement which is down some stairs, 10', so the pipe will only need to go out the door, above the door there is a location to punch out, and out to the alley a short distance.
