Comment: We did the self test kit and it came out positive after 48 hours. I need a better idea of where it could be, currently mold is not visible. The area seems to be limited to the third floor of the home. 3rd floor contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, storage closet. The hall has a ceiling access point to the attic. Not sure if insurance will cover, possible if it was hurricane e Irene related. I work in nyc and am in Hartford on select weekends. If an inspection can occur this Friday or Saturday of this week that would be optimal. Would like to address this issue as soon as possible. Symptoms upstairs, rental property.
