Comment: Patio covered slate. Didn't have a proper slope from the construction phase. Exhibit cracks between the main foundation slab of the house and the slab of half of the patio. Need to install also an additional downpour from the gutters down to drainage box. Need to take out slate, fill in order to slightly change the slope for better drainage, install new slates.
