He was the only concrete raising expert I interviewed who also did the work. The other people were acting in a managing or sales capacity. He was also the only person who felt confident that he could solve the problem. Additionally, he offered at no extra charge to grind the edge if he could not get the concrete lowered enough. He was prompt, responsive and did exactly what he said he would do. He also took the time to do extra things for me that was not in the price, like hammer in some of the expansion joints that were off in other parts of the driveway.
