The sales man was knowlegable and cutteous! The crew leader of the team sent to do the installation job was a total jerk, that kept telling me that my house was totally screwed up. They need to put a lid on this guy or lose business!

Kevin was the sales rep. Very knowledgable and friendly, not pushy. Responded quickly to my calls/questions. The installation was quick and hassle-free. I only got one other quote and it was more than twice the cost (keep in mind that they provided a different type of attic insulation...USA = Johns Manfield fiber wool, Other = FiberCat fiberglass). I normally have a few complaints with contractors. But i had no issues with this group.
