Quality of work was very good. Team was committed to our vision and would not settle for poor craftsmanship. They were very flexible and ensured problems were addressed quickly. The construction time took a good bit longer than expected (and projected).

We had MHI remodel our kitchen from the floor up. Working on short notice and within a strict schedule MHI was able to complete the job on time and on budget with results that exceeded our expectations. The tradesmen and subcontractors were professional arriving on time and handling those unexpected occurences that come with remodeling with a minimum of delay. The MHI staff addressed any concerns promtly and taking the time to explain each phase of the job to our satisfaction. The craftsmanship in the custom cabnetry and ganite counters is truely exceptional. Our new kitchen is not only more fuctional but also warm and inviting.

The contractor was superb but the subcontractors less so. Potential customers need to find out upfront who the subcontractors will be and check their references. This small job started mid-July and one small detail which should take about an hour still needs to be finished. For the last several Fridays the job has been scheduled for the following week but is still undone. We are patient because we withheld more than the value of the unfinished work.
