Tile was layed over the flagstone porch. Tile was not flat at the porch edges and was not placed against the wall side of porch. The grout was not filled in at the wall side until I spoke to him; he then used a tube of white filler where I directed, but it did not look like a professional job. At the front step, he did not knock off the old tile underneath, so some of it juts out about l/2 inch and does not look finished or professional. I told him it should be cement finished like the cement between the bricks on the house, but guess he did not understand. He said before and after the job that he had done this type work before.
