""Expert Remodelers are true to their name...from design to execution they were flawless. Eric, the owner, helped us design our bathroom. We simply gave him a concept and he delivered exactly what we had envisioned. He also made us feel extremely comfortable and confident because of his prompt responsiveness and his very pleasant demeanor. His team of workers were extremely clean, professional, on schedule and trustworthy. We would be more than happy to be a reference for them and would not hesitate to bring them back for any other work we need done because of the quality and competitiveness.""

"I got to meet the organizations owner, trainer, and technicians. Everyone was attentive, informative and incredibly friendly. They treated our house with dry fog and included a warranty for the service. The house smelled a tad like vinegar when they were done but a few open windows and Yankee candles the smell disappears. I'm hoping the musty smell of basement never comes back. I would recommend these guys to anyone interested in getting rid of mold and preventing it from re-emerging. Thanks Mike, Lane, Jeremy, Todd, and Anatolie for giving us best in class red carpet service!"

"The owner, Lee, stayed in touch and answered promptly when I had questions. He was easy to work with. The crew was outstanding -on time, hardworking. I loved the fact that they sanded a section of the floor several days before the work was to begin and put down a variety of stains to help me choose the one I preferred. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Footprints. I highly recommend them."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
