Their bid was written up very completely, with pictures. The job took them much longer than they expected because evidently the people who built the wall used cement instead of mortar, but they honored their bid. They cleaned up everything after themselves. They matched the color of the older mortar (or cement) so that it doesn't look like a patch. I was very pleased.

They were on time and did beautiful work. We had exterior bricks replaced on our 130-yr-old house and they were able to find a decent match in brick color. They finished on time and cleaned up everything very nicely; you wouldn't even know they were here -- except that the house looks much better.
