From start to finish this project was well done. The entire team from sales to installation were helpful and professional. We had endless questions regarding our options and they were answered with great detail and knowledge of the product. We were able to make a decision based on our needs so that our return on the investment would be maximized without adding unnecessary cost. the installation took a bit of skillful maneuvering in our mobile home, but the team succeeded! I bought/was sold equipment he had bought at the end of the previous season. Ideal for our situation -- probably not. But, after research knew that it was close enough, and the price was VERY good. Furnace is working to expectations. Given our cold summer, can only say the A/C has manged to hold up in a non-challenging summer. Am a bit concerned about the stability of the A/C foundation though. They met all schedules perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves extremely well.

They did what they said they would in less time for exactly the price they quoted. The single problem I had was the inspection wasnt set up for the days they were to have installed the heat pump. Other than that, it was cake............
