Plumber was 15 minutes late and when I called customer service, they didnt seem to care. I was told to expect him in 15 minutes but that didn't happen. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment he finally arrived but then told me he couldnt finish the job because it was now too late in the day... I had to wait another day to get it fixed.

I called Tom to see about replacing my elderly water heater, either with a similar model or with one of the new tankless models that qualify for a big tax credit this year. He came to my house first thing the next morning, gave me competitive estimates for either option (his flat fee for a simple replacement of the existing water heater was $100 lower than another company's), and helped me consider the pros and cons of each. My new tankless hot water heater was installed within two days and is working out great so far (we still have to schedule the final city inspection -- they are not quite as efficient as Tom). Great plumber!
