I'm moving and wanted to disconnect the gas line from my Wolf range myself. I was able to turn the nut on the corrugated gas line but the gas line kept turning and twisting with the nut. Didn't want to damage anything so I called HomeAdvisor and was recommended Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Mt. Pleasant. The service person, Rusty, got here in no time, saw the problem, and after three tries he was able to untighten the bolts and disconnect the line. I wasn't charge for the service but was given a firm hand shake and a wish for a good day! Excellent customer service!!! Doesn't matter how small the problems are!!
