"Todd was not only incredibly efficient but, kind and sensitive to my medical needs. Being on chemotherapy, oxygen with a compromised immune system in the midst of covid isolation created some challenges to organize the mold defogging. However, Todd understood the urgency and went the extra mile to address a mold problem that would be a bigger danger to my weakened health. Finding a business that prioritizes customer service like this is rare these days. It was great to work with a business owner who informed without pressure, did not once seemed rushed in answering questions although he had many other jobs and walked me through the entire process. His demeanor and work ethic was impressionable. We need more businesses with a good reputation like this. As for my mold removal, Todd came a second time to assure any hint of mold was gone and, so far it smells clear. Testing was also provided. Very pleased."
