"dan the customer was very great to work for, he worked in the manufactoring side of the pipe trade insdustries, when we explained to him that on the water main systems we install we use wersbo piping,all he had to due was look at the markings on the pipe and he knew right away he was getting the best system with a lifetime warranty, we installed a new water main system,100 ft long for 3500 dollars out the door. nobody beats our prices and nobody is better qualifted than ACQUA PLUMBING!! thanks DAN for your biz, fred owner of acqua plumbing 253-353-4602"

"we never did this job, as the home owner stated he paid the youg fellow by check in his name,not acqua plumbing and all the problems happened late at night after the guy cashed the check, acqua plumbing has chacking accounts we don't use a check mart or whatever, this has been a on going problem, other people using acqua plumbings name then gettting checks in their name."

"The bill was almost $8900.00 she never paid for the extra work we did. She only paid $8200.00. Please read the following below. The invoice states the extra work that we did because the inspector required that we note that the customer was on a shared line with her neighbor. This information was not know at the beginning of the project. We gave a bid apples for apples upon an estimate that she had from another plumbing company. They were going to charge her over $9000 just for her sewer repair. Acqua Plumbing fixed her line as well as the neighbor sewer line that runs underneath her house and connections on her property to her sewer line. So we noted it on the invoice as extra work for the total of almost $8900. She had us bill her neighbor half of this cost. Almost $4500.00 and she signed and agreed to pay the total. But Acqua Plumbing did not charge her the full total of $8900.00 Again we just noted it on the bill. She only paid $8200.00 so where does she come up with the addtiional charge of the $800 we no do know."

"sir,you had a broken sewer pipe in the ground leaking your sewage all over the place,you wanted us to get the pipe fixed asap,so we put 3 men on the job,they worked really hard to meet your request and now your mad that they got it fixed in a day,when you add up the hours x 3 men,the parts and permit fee of 400.00,you got a really great deal,but I guess we cant make everyone happy.."

"Your credit card was declined you never paid for the service and a drain clog was the associated scope of work. How and why would you write a review on this item when you did not pay for this service. You neglect to write your credit card was declined and you declined to offer another form of payment, then try to slander our company and write you paid another professional. We have in our office the credit card slip that says your card was declined and you did not pay another way. For this reason you did not receive a phone call back as we never received a payment. Paying customers receive phone calls back."
